During active labor a familiar provider remains at your side offering emotional support, advocacy, position coaching, and clear guidance during key decisions. Immediate postpartum guidance provides lactation initiation, newborn soothing and assessment, maternal recovery support, safe sleep as well as feeding advice, and answers to urgent questions.
